The other important thing about ASN.1 is that it comes with a variety ofserialization formats-- ways to turn an in-memory data structure into aseries of bytes (or a file) and back again. This allows a certificategenerated by one machine to be read by a different machine, even if thatmachine is using a different CPU and operating system.
Hex Comparison 1 82 Serial Number
The value of a two's complement binary number is derived by numberingthe bits in the contents octets, starting with bit 1 of the last octetas bit zero and ending the numbering with bit 8 of the first octet. Eachbit is assigned a numerical value of 2N, where N is its position in theabove numbering sequence. The value of the two's complement binarynumber is obtained by summing the numerical values assigned to each bitfor those bits which are set to one, excluding bit 8 of the first octet, and then reducing this value by the numerical value assigned to bit 8 ofthe first octet if that bit is set to one.
Rule (2) roughly means: if there are leading zero bytes in the encodingyou could just as well leave them off and have the same number. Bit 8 ofthe second byte is important here too because if you want to representcertain values, you must use a leading zero byte. For instance, decimal255 is encoded as two bytes:
Due to the great number of historic bridges, arches, and gateways throughout the European continent, all the structures represented on the notes are entirely stylised illustrations of the relevant architectural styles, designed to evoke the landmarks within the European Union,[17] representing various European ages and styles.[17] For example, the 5 euro note has a generic rendition of Classical architecture,[17] the 10 euro note of Romanesque architecture,[17] the 20 euro note of Gothic architecture,[17] the 50 euro note of the Renaissance,[17] the 100 euro note of Baroque and Rococo,[17] the 200 euro note of Art Nouveau[17] and the 500 euro note of modern architecture.[17] The initial designs by Robert Kalina were of actual bridges, including the Rialto Bridge in Venice and the Pont de Neuilly in Paris, and were subsequently rendered more generic.[70] In 2011, Dutch artist Robin Stam and the town of Spijkenisse in the Netherlands built seven bridges of colored concrete after the designs on the seven euro banknotes.[71][72][73][74]
The ECB has the exclusive right to authorise the issue of notes within the Eurozone, but most notes are actually issued by the National Central Banks (NCBs) of the Eurozone.[1] As of 2004, 8% of banknotes issues were allocated to the European Central Bank and 92% were allocated to Eurozone NCBs (in practice, the ECB issues no notes and the NCBs' issues may deviate from the statutory allocation).[1] The issuing central bank can be seen from the serial number. Each NCB is now responsible for the production of certain denominations, as assigned by the ECB.[1]
The initial letter identifies the printing facility.[111] (the facilities are described below) "R" for example would be Bundesdruckerei, a printer in Berlin, Germany.[111] The three digits state sequential printing plates. "001", for example, would be the first printing plate created by the printer.[111] The fifth character, a letter and sixth character, a number, represent the row and column, respectively, of the particular banknote on the particular plate. So "A" would be the first row and "1" would indicate the first column.[111][112]
Unlike euro coins, euro notes do not have a national side indicating which country issued them. The country that issued them is not necessarily where they were printed. The information about the issuing country is encoded within the first character of each note's serial number instead.[17]
The first character of the serial number is a letter which uniquely identifies the country that issues the note.[17] The remaining 11 characters are numbers which, when their digital root is calculated, give a checksum also particular to that country.[113]
(1) checksum of the 11 digits without the letter(2) Denmark, the United Kingdom and Sweden presently do not use the Euro, but had these serial number prefixes reserved for the first series of notes.[17]
In the new series, there are two codes, like in the first series. They are the printer code in the top right hand corner and the serial number.[118] Part of the serial number is horizontal and part of it is vertical.[119] The serial number begins with a letter indicating the printer, which is broadly similar to the first series (Z for Belgium, Y for Greece, etc.).[120] The second letter of the new serial numbers is part of the serial number itself, and has no further significance.[120]
Exactly one of hex, bytes, bytes_le, fields, or int must be given. The version argument is optional; if given, the resulting UUID will have itsvariant and version number set according to RFC 4122, overriding bits in thegiven hex, bytes, bytes_le, fields, or int.
Generate a UUID from a host ID, sequence number, and the current time. If nodeis not given, getnode() is used to obtain the hardware address. Ifclock_seq is given, it is used as the sequence number; otherwise a random14-bit sequence number is chosen.
The melting temperature of the PCR products was always at least 2C over the calculated melting temperature. The systematic overestimation of the measured melting temperature may be caused by the dyes binding to the DNA. With the exception of SYTO-13, SYTO-64 and SYTO-82, all other dyes showed a significant increase of melting temperature of the DNA hybrid with increasing dye concentration. This suggests that there is a common stabilizing effect of the dyes on the DNA double helix. The effect was mostly observed at dye concentrations above 2 μM. For instance, SYBR Green I, SYTOX Orange and YO-PRO-1 increased the measured Tm between 6 and 10C at a 20 μM dye concentration. A study performed by Monis et al. [23] that compares SYBR Green I and SYTO-9 in a similar manner, revealed a Tm difference of 10C for 20 μM SYBR Green I. This result is in agreement with our results. There could also be a machine-dependent cause for melting curve temperature differences as suggested by Herrman et al. [31]. This difference in melting curves of real-time PCR using SYBR Green I was reported to be in the order of 0.5C between instruments. This difference is however, negligible when compared with the effect of high concentration of dyes (10C). The melting temperature shift phenomenon correlates very closely to the measured inhibition effect when both the inhibition, as represented by the Ct value slope, and Tm shift are compared together as an average for all three PCR amplicons. The dyes demonstrate a linear correlation suggesting a close relationship between the inhibition of PCR and Tm shift (Supplementary Data Figure S5). This indicates that the tightness of the dye binding could influence the annealing of the primers or possibly alter the ability of the polymerase to function optimally. This correlation should make it possible to predict, based on the Tm shift alone, how significant the inhibition effect is for a specific intercalating dye. The PCR inhibition caused by the dyes has a negative effect on the sensitivity of any given assay as could be seen in the comparison between SYBR Green I and SYTO-82, and therefore the use of SYTO-82 could enhance existing real-time detection assays by increasing PCR efficiency.
All mobile devices have a unique identity that is made up of an IMEI number, serial number and model number. Depending on your device model, there are a few different ways to find out this information.
A serial number is a unique number assigned by the manufacturer (like Samsung) to help identify an individual device, like a phone, tablet, TV, and so on. For example, your phone's serial number will be different from every other phone Samsung has made. Serial number makes it easier for the makers to organize and keep track of their products.
On the other hand, an IMEI or MEID is only used for phones or other communication devices. Depending on the carrier, your device will have either an IMEI or MEID. These two numbers are different from a serial number. They are used at an international or global level, not just by manufacturers. Both types of numbers can help network providers track down a device that has been stolen or lost.
A model number is a specific number that applies to a range of products (i.e., Galaxy Note20, Galaxy Z Fold2, etc.). The number will vary depending on the year the product was released, its color, the carrier, and some other factors. Every model that falls into that category (same color, etc.) will have the same model number.
Depending on your device, your IMEI, serial number and model number may be printed on the back or beneath the removable battery. For devices with a removable battery the IMEI number will be in different places depending on your model. It is usually under the battery, printed on the phone near the bottom of the device.
At 01:45 on 4 August 2009, two aircraft dropped two GBU-38 JDAM bombs on two hijacked fuel tankers, that had become stuck while trying to cross the Kunduz River in the village of Amerkheil. A crowd of people had surrounded the tankers, and were siphoning fuel when the bombs struck. Casualty reports vary between 125 and 142 killed. Only two people were reported as being injured, but it is likely that the number of people injured was much higher.
On 26 November 2015, a Reaper Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) dropped a GBU-12 laser-guided bomb on a house occupied by Islamic State militants. The house was destroyed. The number of casualties is not known. A video of the attack is included in the sources for this case study.
Information about an SD card is encoded in its internal card registries. One of these is the Card Identification (CID) Register, a 16 byte code that contains information that uniquely identifies the SD card, including the card serial number (PSN), manufacturer ID number (MID) and manufacture date (MDT). The CID register is set when the card is manufactured and cannot be changed after it is set. (According to SD card specification the information is only to be written once, however if a card does not conform to the specification this information could be changed!) 2ff7e9595c
